Projects list

The Projects section of Taskomat™ presents the list of all your projects. The navigation bar of the Projects section allows you to filter the projects by client and by status (active or inactive), plus you have the possibility to create a new project.

Projects can be sorted by name, status and time since last activity.

Projects List - Taskomat™

Each project on the list has several pieces of information:

Customer badge - indicates the reference customer and by clicking on the badge you can directly access the customer detail

Project name - is the name of the project that you can always modify

Status - can be active (when you have tasks scheduled for that project) or inactive (when you have no more tasks scheduled for that project)

Last activity - how much time has passed since you last executed a task related to the project

Budget Analysis - a multiple progress bar showing the disbursed budget (PURPLE), invoiced budget (YELLOW) and paid budget (GREEN) against the total budget (GREY) for each project.

.

In addition, several actions can be performed on each project:

Create a work unit associated with the project - this action allows you to create a work unit already linked to the project and its client

Create a quote associated with the project - this action allows you to create a quote already linked to the project and its client

Create an invoice associated with the project - this action allows you to create an invoice already linked to the project and its client

Duplicate Project - this action allows you to create a perfect duplicate of the project, with all the work units and tasks already created in it (it is a very useful action to avoid entering by hand the same projects for different clients)

Move Project - this action allows you to assign the project to another customer (it is a very useful action to move a duplicate project directly to another customer)

Delete Project - this action deletes the project and all associated information (work unit, task, performance, etc.)

Clicking on the project takes you to the Project Detail view, where you can check all the elements and work performance related to the project in question.
