Client detail

In the Customer Detail we find all the information and entities related to the customer. In the upper part we find data related to the customer, work performance, time and budget; in the lower part we find projects and documents.

If you want to change the badge of the customer you can click on the badge and choose a new one

Information, master data and performance

In the upper left corner we find the name of the customer, the badge, the rating; while on the right we find the performances related to the customer:

Budget: the sum of the budgets of all the work units of the customer
Time Limit: the sum of the time limits of all the work units of the customer
Margin: percentage difference between the budget provided and the time consumed (as long as it remains positive, it means that you still have time available to provide the budget for the customer)

Underneath there is an arrow, click on it to open the customer master panel, where it is possible to insert the customer's logo and manage all the personal, fiscal and contact data useful for invoicing purposes.

By inserting the logo in the customer master, you can customize the invoices issued to the customer

Inserting the billing information (such as address and VAT number) directly in the master data will allow you to avoid having to enter them every time you issue an invoice

Below, on the left, we find the progress bars relative to the budget analysis:

Budget: PURPLE progress bar that shows the budget paid out of the total budget
Time: BLUE progress bar that shows the time actually worked against the planned time
Billed: YELLOW progress bar that shows the billed budget on the total budget
Paid: GREEN progress bar that shows the paid budget on the total budget

On the right hand side we find the global performance of the client:

Starting rate: weighted average of the initial rates of all the client's work units, i.e. the rate at which they were created and planned
Actual rate: weighted average of the actual rates of the work units, i.e. the rate calculated on the actual work time and not on the estimates
Gap: percentage difference between initial rate and actual rate

Effectiveness: Percentage of tasks completed without being left undone.
Efficiency: Percentage of tasks completed within the hourly estimate.
Punctuality: Percentage of tasks completed within the work unit's deadline

Project management, quotes and invoices

In the lower part we find a panel with several tabs, in which it is possible to manage work units, estimates and invoices associated with the project.

Projects - in the first tab we find the list of projects associated with the customer. Here you can filter the list by status (Active / Inactive) or create a new project associated with the customer. In addition, for each project, you will find the progress bar of budget analysis and the list of available actions similar to those seen in the project list.

Quotes - in the second tab you will find the quotes associated with the customer. You can filter the quotes by status and create a new one. For detailed information on the available actions you can refer to the article in the Quotes list.

Invoices - on the third tab you can find the invoices associated with the customer. You can filter them by status and create a new one. For detailed information on the available actions you can consult the article on the invoices list.
