Dashboard is the first section of Taskomat™. In this section we find:

Task management panel: here you can manage all your scheduled, to-be-scheduled, overdue, pending and to-be-connected tasks
Document management panel: here you can manage all your pending documents, both estimates and invoices
Performance panel: a powerful dashboard to monitor your daily performance

Task Management Panel

Through this panel you have complete control over all your tasks. Thanks to the different tabs, the tasks are divided between planned tasks, unplanned tasks, pending tasks, overdue tasks and tasks not connected to a work unit.

Planned

In this tab you can manage all the tasks you have already planned for the current day, if you click on Tomorrow you can also see the tasks planned for the next day. To execute a task, just click on the play button, if you don't want to track the time you can mark it as completed, while if you want to perform other actions you can open the detail by clicking on the task itself.

| When you put a task into execution, a bottom widget will appear on the right.

Work unit detail

In the Work Unit Detail we find all the information and tasks related to the work unit. In the upper part we find the top bar with name, status and main actions; then we find the panel with the associated skills and the data related to the work unit; the description panel; the panel related to the work performance, time and budget; finally in the lower part we find the task management panel.

Top bar and main actions

The top bar of the work unit detail remains sticky when you scroll it, so that the actions and the status are always visible. The available actions are:

Create Task: create a Task in the Work Unit
Insert hours worked: you can insert hours previously worked without the need to create tasks
Edit: opens the Work Unit creation popup to edit the main parameters
Duplicate: creates an exact copy of the Work Unit and all the Tasks within it
Move: moves the Work Unit and all its Tasks to another Project
Delete: permanently deletes the Work Unit

Below we find the main panel with the name of the work unit, the project and the customer on the left. On the right we find the icons related to the skills inserted for this Work Unit.

In the lower part of the panel we find the 3 main data of the work unit:

Budget: is the total budget of the Work Unit and the price at which you sell it to your customer. If you work at an hourly rate it remains at 0

Client detail

In the Customer Detail we find all the information and entities related to the customer. In the upper part we find data related to the customer, work performance, time and budget; in the lower part we find projects and documents.

| If you want to change the badge of the customer you can click on the badge and choose a new one

Information, master data and performance

In the upper left corner we find the name of the customer, the badge, the rating; while on the right we find the performances related to the customer:

Budget: the sum of the budgets of all the work units of the customer
Time Limit: the sum of the time limits of all the work units of the customer
Margin: percentage difference between the budget provided and the time consumed (as long as it remains positive, it means that you still have time available to provide the budget for the customer)

Underneath there is an arrow, click on it to open the customer master panel, where it is possible to insert the customer's logo and manage all the personal, fiscal and contact data useful for invoicing purposes.

| By inserting the logo in the customer master, you can customize the invoices issued to the customer

|| Inserting the billing information (such as address and VAT number) directly in the master data will allow you to avoid having to enter them every time you issue an invoice

Planner

Planner is the planning calendar of Taskomat™. In this section, you have a weekly and a monthly view of your workload, your work and financial performance for the period considered, and the possibility to filter tasks by client, project and work unit.

||| The information related to time worked, budget and hourly rate, as well as KPIs such as effectiveness, efficiency and punctuality, are ALWAYS linked to the time period I am viewing.

Navigation and Performance

At the top of the Planner we find a navigation bar that allows you to switch between weekly and monthly views, while on the right we find the filter panel that allows you to filter tasks by customer, project or work unit.

Below, we find a panel with our work and financial performance related to the period we are viewing.

Initial rate, actual rate and gap - these are the three values related to the hourly rate at which you work.
Effectiveness, efficiency and punctuality - are the 3 key KPIs to measure the quality of your work.
Budget: This progress bar shows the budget delivered against the budget planned. In addition, you can check if the delivered budget is in line with the financial target: if the target is met, the flag is black, otherwise it is white.
Time: in this progress bar you can see the time spent working on today's tasks compared

Projects list

The Projects section of Taskomat™ presents the list of all your projects. The navigation bar of the Projects section allows you to filter the projects by client and by status (active or inactive), plus you have the possibility to create a new project.

| Projects can be sorted by name, status and time since last activity.

Each project on the list has several pieces of information:

Customer badge - indicates the reference customer and by clicking on the badge you can directly access the customer detail
Project name - is the name of the project that you can always modify
Status - can be active (when you have tasks scheduled for that project) or inactive (when you have no more tasks scheduled for that project)
Last activity - how much time has passed since you last executed a task related to the project
Budget Analysis - a multiple progress bar showing the disbursed budget (${color}#9968f9), invoiced budget (${color}#febc02) and paid budget (${color}#a3d900) against the total budget (${color}#a3a3a3) for each project.

Clients list

The Clients section of Taskomat™ presents the list of all your clients. The navigation bar of the Clients section allows you to create a new client and filter existing clients by status:

Active: clients with active projects
Inactive: customers without active projects
Pending: customers with outstanding invoices or quotes.

| Clients can be sorted by name, rating and average rate.

Below is information about each client on the list:

Client Badge: identifies the client and each element of the platform associated with it
Client Name: identifies the company name of the client
Client Rating: the Taskomat™ client rating is automatically calculated by an algorithm that takes into account, among other things, the number of projects associated to the client, hours worked, average rate, total turnover, payment times, etc.
Average Rate: the global average initial rate of all projects associated with the client
Budget Analysis: a multiple progress bar showing the disbursed budget (PURPLE), invoiced budget (YELLOW) and paid budget (GREEN) against the total budget (GREY) for each client.
