Invoices list
The Invoices section of Taskomat™ presents a list of all your invoices. At the top, the navigation bar allows you to filter your invoices and create a new one. Invoices can be filtered by:
- Time period: you can set a custom time interval and view only the invoices related to this period
- Customer: you can view only the invoices related to a customer
- Status: you can view only the invoices in a certain status: **Draft, Ready, Sent, Paid, Overdue.**
Below, you will find 4 boxes that indicate the quantity and the total amount of the invoices of a given status:
- Issued invoices: quantity and total amount of issued invoices
- Pending invoices: Quantity and total amount of invoices sent but not yet replied to.
- Paid invoices: Quantity and total amount of paid invoices
- Overdue invoices: quantity and total amount of overdue invoices

Below, the invoices are sorted in a list, sortable by number, status, amount, issue date and payment date. In the list, you will find invoices with these elements:
- Customer badge: identifies the customer associated with the invoice
- Invoice number: identifies the progressive number of the invoice
- Status: the status of the invoice can be: **Draft, Ready, Sent, Paid, Overdue.**
- Amount: total amount of the invoice net of VAT and other taxes
- Creation Date: date the invoice was created (even if it is still in draft form)
- Acceptance Date: date of payment of the invoice by the customer
- Actions: actions available for the invoice
The only action always available, regardless of the invoice status, is Delete: with this action it is possible to permanently delete the invoice.
