How to create a timesheet

On Taskomat™ you have the possibility of exporting timesheets in pdf format to document the hours worked on specific projects on specific days. The tool we have created is very versatile and allows you to use it for different purposes, for example:

You can make a daily timesheet of all the tasks you have worked on.
You can make a project-specific weekly timesheet
You can make a monthly timesheet specific to a client



How to create a timesheet






To create a timesheet you have to click on the + button at the top right of the top bar. At the bottom you will find an entry: Export timesheet to PDF, clicking on it will open the timesheet creation panel.



Select Time Period

First, you will have to select the time period for which you want to create the timesheet. As mentioned above, you can select a single day or a longer interval


Selecting the time period is mandatory, as the timesheet will be created over the entire selected time period.


Select customer

If you want to make a customer-specific timesheet, you can select the customer here


Select project

If you want to make a project specific timesheet, you can select the project here


If you want to make a generic timesheet of the tasks you have worked on, you can proceed to create the timesheet without selecting either client or project.

Once you have set the time parameters - and possibly client and project - you will need to proceed:
click on the lens 🔍, so that Taskomat™ can create the task list to be exported
click on the download button 📥, so that you can export the list as a pdf and download it
