Record costs: quick answer (for now)

Status: Cost recording is not available in the current single-user version of Taskomat.

Do this now

1) Note the cost in the Description — add it in the Description field of the relevant item (e.g., the related Task or Work Unit), including date + amount + short reference

2) If reimbursable, add it to the invoice — Finance & Billing › Invoices › New invoice → add line “Expense reimbursement” (amount + short note) → optionally attach the receipt → save/send

Verify

  • The Description shows your cost note
  • The invoice total includes the reimbursement line (when applicable)

What’s next

  • A dedicated Costs section will be available in the Collaborative version, planned by the end of 2025
